Our Pre- Construction process is critical is making sure your project is a success from the very start. We want to deliver an estimate that is accurate and give our clients realistic expectation of the true cost of their project.
Step One
The Meeting. We loved meeting new people and listening. Lets get to know about your project needs. We can share ideas and see if we are a good fit for you.
Step Two
(Design)
Time to refine your scope and truly narrow down the details. We will begin our pre-consrtuction process. We will work on a timeline for start date and completion. This process will involve our trade specialist and design partners. We continue to work with the best design teams in the area. The purpose is to design your project and create the construction documents needed to secure permits and begin work.
Step Three (Build)
We can get to work. Once the proposal is agreed upon we can begin your build. You'll get access to our customer log-in to keep track of process and add real time input. We will continue our high level communication throughout the whole project.
