Salon Suite Build Out

This project was very comprehensive.  We were fountant to be apart of this commercial project from the ground up.  The weekly coordination of client, architect, design team and general contractor. It was also a unique challenge building a commercial project with a active residential living building. 

 

We build this project with the concept of modern building techniques including interior insulation to compliment and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for maximum energy efficiency.  Our mechanical design team also added Energy Recovery System (EVF) to maintain clean healthy air circulation.
